The Commission directed that Comprehensive Plan initiatives be recurring points on monthly agendas to keep preservation priorities front-and-center. The minutes list three specific emphases: encouraging a resilient building stock; establishing an explicit intent for historic preservation and aligning that intent with the Historic Overlay District; and recognizing and promoting the Township’s historic rural identity.
