Two formal motions were recorded and carried unanimously at the April 16 meeting. Dawn Nicholson moved and Travis Pantaleo seconded approval of the April 1, 2026 meeting minutes; the motion "was unanimously carried to approve the meeting minutes from the April 1, 2026 meeting." Later, Bruce Whitesell moved and Ms. Pantaleo seconded a motion to adjourn, which "was unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 8:08 PM."
