Commissioner Neil O’Brien led a review of the township’s noise and nuisance rules and recommended modernizing how the code is organized and enforced. Minutes note that "the current noise ordinance is difficult for residents to find because it is categorized under ‘Performance Standards’ (Section 508) rather then as a standalone noise or nuisance ordinance," and commissioners discussed redacting complainant names to reduce personal disputes while preserving the township’s ability to discourage frivolous reports.
