The Springfield Board approved a proposal April 28 to purchase an ArcGIS license and contract with Simply Spatial for setup and training, with spending capped at $4,000. The motion passed 3–2; Mr. Long and Mr. Hopkins opposed the purchase, citing concerns that the township is not yet prepared to use the system and that prioritization (ABCs) data remained incomplete.
