The Town Board adopted Resolution #95 establishing standard work-day rules for elected and appointed officials in accordance with NYCRR 315.4. The resolution sets no fewer than six hours for part-time officials and no more than eight hours for full-time officials for retirement reporting purposes, requires a three-month record of work activities for new terms, directs the Clerk to post the resolution, and requires filing a certified copy with the Office of the State Comptroller within 45 days.
