The commission approved RP 2603, under which the owner proposes to vacate the previously approved six‑lot configuration and replat the property so the lots face a single private drive rather than individual drives onto New Harmony Road. David Gilman, representing owner Glenn Shake, said the new configuration preserves mature tree lines, improves drainage for certain lots and reduces the number of driveway conflict points.
