A public hearing on a request by Mount Airy #1 LLC to reestablish and refurbish a previously existing golf driving range was opened at 6:30 p.m. and recorded by a court reporter. Solicitor John C. Prevoznik said the request seeks an interpretation of allowable uses under the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants (the Deed of Conservation, recorded in Monroe County Record Book 213-118, page 8549).
