During the May 4 meeting, members expressed concern that sponsor-designated tickets for the July 3, 2026 performance have been fully allocated, limiting the committee's ability to honor additional sponsor ticket requests. As a remedy, Secretary Bailey Hansen was asked to create an Excel spreadsheet listing tickets that are on hold to clarify availability.
