The Howe City Council on May 20 approved a Pre-Development and Professional Services Agreement and a Development Agreement with Legacy Realty & Investments, LLC. Council Member Billie Ingram moved to approve the Pre-Development and Professional Services Agreement; Ricky Price seconded the subsequent motion to approve the Development Agreement, and both motions carried unanimously.
