The Howe City Council unanimously approved the preliminary and final plat for Ponderosa Point, Block A, Lot 4 (1.010 acres, 43,994 sq ft) during its May 20 meeting. Council Member Billie Ingram moved approval pending inspection of private and public utility systems; Shawn Tyler seconded and the motion carried without opposition.
