The Howe City Council on May 20 unanimously approved the final plat for Silicon Valley Block A, Lot 1, a 12.410-acre tract (54,575 sq ft) in the Charles Kimble Survey in Grayson County. Council Member Billie Ingram moved to approve the final plat pending inspection approval of private and public utility systems; Ricky Price seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
