The City of Howe Planning & Zoning Commission approved the minutes of its Feb. 10, 2026 meeting during a brief May 20 session called to order by Chairman Cassie Montgomery at 6:08 p.m. Brandon McKinney moved "to approve the Minutes of the Meeting of February 10, 2026," and Nicole Faye seconded; the motion "carried unanimously."
