The Board of Zoning Appeals approved petition B0818206-02 on Aug. 18, 2026, allowing the owner of 504 South Pendleton Avenue to replace existing vinyl siding with a new vinyl product in the Residential Core Conservancy (RC) zoning district. Staff said the property is the owner’s primary residence, located outside the local historic preservation district though within the broader National Register historic area, and that the request is a limited, replacement-only variance.
