Selectboard adopts exit-interview policy, job descriptions and FY27 compensation items
The Board approved an Exit Interview Policy and Survey, accepted a Seasonal Spare Plow Truck Driver job description, adopted the FY27 Wage & Salary Letter and set the FY27 mileage reimbursement rate at $0.725 per mile; a question about 'on-call' hours for the Heavy Equipment Operator job was tabled.

The Rowe Selectboard accepted and signed an Exit Interview Policy and Procedure along with an Exit Interview Survey Questionnaire. The motion was made by Chair Semanie, seconded by Vice-Chair Baker, and carried unanimously.
