On second reading, the Huachuca City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-09 to amend Town Code Title 15 and create a Preapproved Housing Design Plan Program, including an online library of preapproved non-site-specific housing plan sets. The ordinance cites A.R.S. § 9-461.19 to allow the town to accept plans preapproved by other municipalities that have adopted the same building codes.
