Apr 30, 2026

The full story

The packet presented a definition of "tiny home" as a permanently installed dwelling under 400 square feet and established that tiny homes are allowed as ADUs in R‑1 or as primary homes within a tiny‑home park; mobile "tiny homes on wheels" under 400 square feet would not be allowed as a residential use in the town and must be parked in RV parks.
