Code Enforcement Officer Donald Machamer provided updates on three properties during the Williamstown Borough Council meeting on Dec. 1, 2025. He reported that the owner of 436 Julian Street is working on fixing the house and property; 304–306 E. Market Street is changing ownership and the borough will cooperate while the new owner works on improvements; and workers are tidying up the property identified as the 'Medellin House.'
