Tampa Bay Water approved a $3.76 million assignment increase to Black & Veatch to continue program and construction management support for the South Hills program; staff said the aggregate assignment will total about $7.3 million.

Staff told the board Black & Veatch has supported planning, design, GMP negotiations and construction oversight for the South Hills program since 2022 and requested an additional $3.76 million in assignment authority to continue that support through project completion.
