Council returns to executive session, invites 'Greg' into closed session
After tabling a proposed agreement, the Common Council voted to return to executive session at 7:51 p.m. and explicitly invited a person identified as Greg into the closed session.

Following the roll-call vote to table the memorandum of agreement with IAFF Local 2408, the council moved to return to executive session at 7:51 p.m. A speaker stated, "we are returning to executive session at 7:51 if there's a motion for that," and members agreed to proceed.
