At the Aug. 3 meeting, the Fayette County commissioners rescinded the April 6 agreement with Kimley‑Horn and approved a new Individual Project Order No. 2 for a water and wastewater master plan focused on a five‑mile radius around the county's Mega Site at a cost of $74,000. The board also approved an agreement with Planning NEXT, LLC to conduct a joint‑land use plan with an estimated cost of $75,000.
