HR Director Aida Hickman informed the Board that Highway Superintendent Randy Isham will retire effective Sept. 30 after 23 years of service. Hickman asked to post the position immediately; the Board accepted Isham's retirement letter and authorized advertising for the Highway Superintendent vacancy. The acceptance motion passed by roll call vote with Chairman Steager voting Nay and the other six supervisors voting Aye.
