The Sherborn Board of Health opened the scheduled variance hearing for 41 Old Orchard Road on June 17 but learned the applicants had withdrawn the request earlier in the day and no representatives were present. The Board granted the applicants' request to withdraw the hearing; the motion passed 4-0.
