Administrator updates council on roadwork, Comprehensive Plan draft and riverbank stabilization coordination

City Administrator Abby Gribi told the council Aug. 3 that crews are applying dirty chip as a base layer so a subsequent clean chip will adhere properly as part of ongoing road maintenance. She also said she has received an initial draft of the Comprehensive Plan.
