Alsip board approves four PTAB resolutions and a binding public-question resolution on term limits

At roll call the board approved the consent agenda, which included four PTAB resolutions for property-tax appeals (Bell Distributors; Home Depot USA; Enterprise Leasing; Grafe, Inc.) now designated Resolutions 2026‑08‑R1 through R4. The clerk then read a resolution authorizing submission of a binding public question on local term limits (Resolution 2026‑08‑R5); trustees voted to approve that resolution as well.
