The City Council recessed into Executive Session No. 1 for 20 minutes to receive advice of counsel regarding nonelected personnel and threatened litigation pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2); Spencer Low (City Attorney) and Monakisha Jones (Human Resources Director) were named attendees. The open session resumed at 7:24 p.m.; the minutes state no votes were taken during the executive session.
