Rankin Borough Council adopted Resolution 3-2026 to appoint six members to the borough's Planning Commission. Interim Manager Vargo read the appointees and terms: Faye Powell (1/1/26–12/31/29), Bill Pfoff (1/1/26–12/31/29), John Gilroy (term to 12/31/26), Patricia Connely (term to 12/31/26), James Weems (term to 12/31/27) and Melinda Weems (term to 12/31/27). The motion passed unanimously with Ms. Coprich absent.
