The board considered a letter from Code Officer Dan Peterson requesting that his recently approved raise be made retroactive to April 1, 2026. Trustee Jessica Stevens moved the retroactive pay request and Trustee Duane Basch seconded; the roll call vote recorded Mayor Brian Scott voting NAY and Trustees Finch, Stevens, Carson and Basch voting AYE, resulting in approval of the retroactive raise.
