Councilmember Eliot Perkins said the draft 2026–2036 Comprehensive Plan appeared to be a high-quality document and urged councilmembers to provide detailed feedback to the Town Manager for the Planning Commission to review. Perkins said he canceled a July 6 meeting in favor of collecting written comments to produce better-quality input.
