Multiple filings from River Pointe Logistics Center LLC — including a Final Subdivision (roadway & infrastructure), a Final LD Plan, and Final LD plans for Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 6 — were each tabled by the commission on Dec. 18, 2024. The items, originally submitted Sept. 18, 2023, include roadway and infrastructure elements and have official action expiry dates recorded as Feb. 23, 2025.
