Supervisor Erler proposed a Good Standing Resolution that would require committee appointees to be in good standing with the township (current on taxes and garbage fees) to preserve public trust. He read portions of the draft language, including: "Whereas the Board finds that individuals serving in a public capacity should be in good standing with the township to ensure public trust and avoid conflicts of interest during the collection of municipal claims."
