Commission recommends renaming Central Ridge Spur for volunteer Pete Ritter
The Boise City Parks and Recreation Commission voted to recommend that the Central Ridge Spur be split into Upper and Lower Pete Spur to honor longtime volunteer trail ranger Pete Ritter; no public testimony was submitted and the recommendation will go to City Council.
