Board approves Item One from executive session
During open session the board approved Item One "as discussed in session". Mr. Das moved the approval, Miss Hoffman seconded, and the motion carried unanimously according to the transcript.

At the opening of the action items the Chair asked for action on Item One, which had been discussed in executive session. "I move to approve as discussed in session," a board member said; the motion was recorded as made by Mr. Das and seconded by Miss Hoffman. The Chair announced the result as unanimous approval.
