The Land Board approved an easement package described in agenda item 1124‑4 that DNRC said would benefit the common schools. Director Castor told members the easements are located in Broadwater, McComb and Rosebud counties and cover overhead power lines, buried fiber optic cable and a highway reconstruction project; DNRC estimated the easement package would yield about $14,928 to benefit the common schools.
