Trustees approved a resolution granting retention stipends of $750 to employees employed from the start of school through Dec. 1, 2025, and $350 for employees hired after that date. The resolution passed 6–0 (one absence).

Trustee Cecilia Castillo moved and Trustee Maritza Hoffman seconded adoption of a retention‑stipend resolution. The board approved a one‑time stipend of $750 for full‑ and part‑time employees who were employed anytime from the first day of school through December 1, 2025, and $350 for employees employed after December 1, 2025. The roll‑call vote was 6–0 with Trustee Frank Davalos absent.
