City Manager Nicholas Payne presented a draft of a new Purchasing Policy and provided the council with copies to review. Meredith Meacham Wilson of RS Meacham CPAs advised that "a new policy was much needed," and the council voted to adopt the policy with the agreement that it be codified (motion by Charles Conaghan, seconded by Reece Simpson).
