Parkhill's progress report lists Project No. 40726.24 (CDBG WWTP Improvements) at 83.61% complete and records that the project was advertised, a mandatory pre-bid meeting held, and the bid opening completed with Recommendation for Award letters issued in mid-April 2026. A pre-construction conference took place May 27, 2026. Parkhill reported it is awaiting the executed construction contract to be returned to the City before construction can proceed fully.
