Codorus supervisors approve two farm land-development items
The board approved final approval for a Krebs Road land-development plan and waived the land-development-plan requirement for a Rockville Road farm after reviewing a submitted stormwater management plan; both actions were recommended by the township Planning Commission and were adopted by recorded motions.

At its May 1 meeting, the Codorus Township Board of Supervisors approved final action on two farm-related land items. Ryan Haller of Hanover Land Services appeared on behalf of Christian Esh to request final approval of a land development plan for a farm on Krebs Road; the township Planning Commission had recommended approval on April 15, 2025. Bob Gladfelter moved to approve the plan, Charlie VanScoyoc seconded, and the board signed the plan after the motion carried.
