Selectboard authorizes CDBG façade grants for two downtown buildings
The Wiscasset Select Board authorized staff to sign Maine CDBG Phase II project documents to fund façade repairs at Jodie's Café and Bakery (43–45 Water Street) and the Rundlett Block "Treats" (80 Main Street). The vote was unanimous, 5-0-0.

The Wiscasset Select Board on June 2 authorized the town to accept Maine CDBG Phase II project development documents to support façade repairs at two downtown properties. Aaron Chrostowsky, the town's Economic Development Director, explained the program and requirements to the board.
