The Armstrong County Board of Commissioners approved the appointment of Drue Flora, District Administrator with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry's Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, to the Tri-County Workforce Development Board. The appointment was made effective Aug. 6, 2026, with the term scheduled to expire Sept. 30, 2029. Commissioner Anthony G. Shea moved the appointment and Commissioner John W. Strate seconded; the board carried the motion unanimously.
