During the April 9 public comment period resident Mark Swing asked why violations at 1851 East Lake Road and 2368 State Route 174 have not been corrected despite citations issued over 18 months ago; Supervisor Moran said she is discussing these matters with Code Officer Howard Tanner and will confirm road status with the Highway Superintendent. Swing also asked whether the culvert washout on Spafford Landing Road would affect emergency access; Moran said she believed there was no effect but would confirm.
