Rains ISD trustees approved selecting Moak Casey, LLC to conduct the efficiency audit required by Texas Education Code §11.184. Superintendent Joe Nicks presented Moak Casey's proposal; Heath Sisk moved and Jim Mack Taylor seconded the motion to appoint the firm, and the board approved the selection unanimously.
