The county and district clerks asked the commissioners to fund recommended staff and two automation products to handle soaring records and e‑file volumes. County Clerk Stacy Kemp said customer lines are out the doors and asked the court to approve use of the records preservation fee for Cofile's Clio product, which she described as a longtime digital preservation and keyword search tool for court documents.
