Monaca staff identify temporary office needs for 2027 roundabout construction
Manager David Kramer said the borough is scouting temporary office space pending PennDOT approval as utility work continues in 2026 and main roundabout construction is planned for 2027; the borough expects an approximately 18-month temporary-space need.

Borough Manager David L. Kramer Jr. told council he has met with contractors to identify temporary office space for staff while roundabout construction proceeds. Kramer said utility work is anticipated in 2026 and that the primary roundabout construction is planned for 2027.
