Following a public hearing opened at 7:42 p.m., the Village of Denton Board of Trustees voted to approve a Conditional Use Permit for a retail fireworks stand at 7105 Cass Avenue for the 2026 season. Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved to close the hearing and later moved approval; Amanda Fangmeier seconded the motion. The board carried the motion unanimously.
