Staff presented a proposal to repeal scattered fee provisions across the municipal code and consolidate fee administration into a single chapter for transparency, consistency and easier fee recovery. The ordinance would repeal the existing municipal fee schedule chapters and adopt a consolidated chapter (staff cited a correction from 3.6 to 3.26 during the discussion and indicated the replacement chapter number as 3.27).
