Board members and staff reported that a wing at Pleasant Ridge Manor was converted and reopened in May as a combined short-term rehab and hospice area. Staff said the hospice program has "taken off," with about 20 residents currently receiving hospice and short-term rehab care and positive feedback from local hospice providers.
