County committee presses Wellness Hub developers on staffing, clinical coverage

During questions after the Wellness Hub presentation, committee members repeatedly pressed presenters on staffing levels and the presence of clinical staff. Kevin Okconor of Rupco said the site will emphasize case management and referrals rather than providing on‑site clinical services: "We're not doing clinical work on site... it's more of a referral process," he said, and added that professional food service would deliver three meals daily.
