The Orangefield Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to select Science Engineering, LTD (SEL) to provide materials testing services for the district's bond construction projects. Trustee Chris Kovatch moved the selection and Trustee Brad Frye seconded; the motion carried 4-0 while one trustee was absent and another had not yet arrived.
