Jersey Village’s Comprehensive Plan Update Committee voted unanimously Sept. 29 to accept a draft comprehensive plan and recommend it to the Planning and Zoning Commission under Section 14-23(d)(4) of the Code of Ordinances; a joint public hearing is scheduled for Oct. 20, 2025.

The Comprehensive Plan Update Committee voted unanimously on Sept. 29, 2025 to accept a draft Comprehensive Plan and recommend it to the Planning and Zoning Commission for formal review. The motion to recommend the draft was made by Committee Member Nestor Mena and seconded by Lynne Singleton; all members present voted in favor.
