Project Manager Chelsey Manns told the Commission the sale of the Waverly Wastewater Treatment Plant is scheduled to close in early August and that closing documentation is in progress with Barnes & Thornburg, IDEM and the SRF loan trustee. Manns said the larger Barnes & Thornburg invoice on this month’s claims reflected legal work on the sale.
